Nancy Kiprop
Nancy Kiprop is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a human rights lawyer and social justice advocate who leverages her legal expertise to advance the rights of women and girls.
Her practice focuses on the representation of survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy at both national and regional levels. She also has interests in commercial law, data protection and conveyancing and property transactions.
She previously served as the Coordinator of the East Africa Civil Society Organisations' Forum (EACSOF) Kenya Chapter, where she drove civil society engagement within the East African Community through the Consultative Dialogue Framework. In this role, she led advocacy initiatives, coordinated multi-stakeholder participation in regional forums, and contributed to policy influence on gender equality, human rights and governance issues across the region.
