Sylvester Saiti

Sylvester Saiti is a results-driven Youth Employment and Livelihoods Specialist with over six years of experience coordinating multi-county skilling, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and workforce development programs targeting young people and vulnerable communities across Kenya. He has experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development, and implementation of youth-centered interventions aligned with employability and sustainable livelihoods outcomes.

He has demonstrated expertise in training facilitation, partnership management, program implementation, mentorship, and community engagement, with additional experience supporting donor reporting, implementation tracking, program learning processes, activity reporting, and results monitoring. He is passionate about strengthening pathways between skilling, employment, entrepreneurship, and inclusive development.
